1- Physikalische Prinzipien von Halbleitern: Ladungsträgerdichten, grundlegende Drift-Diffusions-Gleichungen, Erzeugungs- und Rekombinationsmechanismen
2- Metall-Halbleiterkontakt: Typen, Stromflussmechanismen, Kleinsignal und Schaltverhalten
3-p-n-Übergänge: Verarmungsbereich, Stromflussmechanismen, Durchbruch)
4- Bauelemente: Solarzellen, Bipolartransistor, MOS-Transisitor)
