learning outcome	Die Studierenden beherrschen nach der Vorlesung grundlegender und fortgeschrittener Begriffe und Konzepte der Numerik. Sie kennen Resultate und Beweisideen der numerischen Mathematik. Sie sind fähig, die allgemeinen Resultate auf Spezialfälle anzuwenden. Nach den Übungen können sie numerischen Verfahren auf konkrete (Anwendungs-) Beispiele; zum (Groß-) Teil mit Rechnerunterstützung anwenden.
content	Weiterführende Themen der numerischen Mathematik wie zum Beispiel das Optimieren von Modellen und der Einsatz in der Datenanalyse. Zudem umfasst diese Veranstaltung weiterführende Aspekte und Vertiefungen der in Numerik 1 behandelten Problemfelder.
