| learning outcome | Die Studierenden können die Technik der Skalierung anwenden und sind in der Lage, die Auswirkungen einer Vergrößerung / Verkleinerung auf einen physikalischen Zusammenhang einzuschätzen. Sie kennen die Grundlagen der Kennzahlen. Ihnen gelingt es, eigenständig beliebige Prinzipien gegeneinander abzuwägen und den System-Skalierungsfaktor eines technischen Systems zu abzuschätzen. Die Studierenden kennen die wichtigsten Materialien und Prinzipien der Dünnschichttechnik, sowohl als beschichtende als auch als strukturierende Verfahren. Sie können die unterschiedlichen Verfahren einordnen. Sie sind in der Lage, einen einfachen Prozessablauf aufzustellen und können geeignete Prozessschritte auswählen. | |
