learning outcome	Die Studierenden erkennen die grundsätzlichen betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge und können daraus Konsequenzen für das unternehmerische Handeln ableiten. Sie verstehen die grundsätzlichen Problembereiche der einzelnen betrieblichen Grundfunktionen und wählen grundlegende methodische Ansätze zu deren Bewältigung aus. Auf dieser Grundlage lösen sie aktuelle Beispiele aus der Praxis und Fallstudien. Sie können die medienrelevanten Grundrechte wie die Meinungs- und Informationsfreiheit, die Medienfreiheiten, die Berufs- und Eigentumsfreiheit sowie das allgemeine Persönlichkeitsrecht zu analysieren, d.h. diese Grundrechte rechtswissenschaftlich prüfen und abzuwägen. Die Studierenden können die Grundrechte einzelner Medien (Presse, Rundfunk, Neue Medien) anwenden. Sie analysieren die Erfolgsaussichten von medienrechtlichen Rechtsstreitigkeiten und können sich mit Juristen auf fachlicher Ebene austauschen.
