| learning outcome | Die Studierenden werden befähigt, medienrechtliche Fragestellungen zu analysieren und Theoriewissen auf praktische Fälle anzuwenden (verfahrensorientiertes Wissen). Zudem lernen die Studierenden europa- und völkerrechtliche Bezüge des Medienrechts kennen (begriffliches Wissen) und analysieren das Multimediarecht mit Blick auf urheber-, wettbewerbs- und jugendschutzrechtliche Problemstellungen (verfahrensorientiertes Wissen). Ferner erlernen die Studierenden die konkrete Anwendung der gesetzlichen Reglungen an Fallbeispielen, was in einer Bewertung über die Erfolgsaussichten von medienrechtlichen Rechtsstreitigkeiten mündet (verfahrensorientiertes Wissen). |
