Sie analysieren die europa- und völkerrechtlichen Bezüge des Medienrechts und erproben die konkrete Anwendung der gesetzlichen Reglungen an Fallbeispielen, was in einer Bewertung über die Erfolgsaussichten von medienrechtlichen Rechtsstreitigkeiten mündet.
