learning outcome

Students have become familiar with the essential contents of various basic ethical theories as well as concepts and instruments of moral and sustainable corporate management and can apply these to different business management issues. They are able to classify different business ethical principles (sustainability, CSR, corporate citizenship) in actor- and process-oriented relationships and to name the responsibility of the different actors (enhancement of professional and methodological competence, learning outcomes: Analyse, assess). The course also enables students to discuss practical business problems in a well-founded manner and to weigh up various decision-making situations (case studies) (enhancement of social competence, learning outcomes: Analyse, weigh up in discourse, argue).
