| learning outcome | Studenten sind in der Lage, den realen Werteverzehr in Unternehmen in Kostenrechnungsmodellen abzubilden und die Kostensituation auf Basis der Modelldaten zu analysieren und Maßnahmen zur Kostengestaltung abzuleiten. |
| content | Das Fach vermittelt ein grundlegendes Verständnis des internen Rechnungswesens aus entscheidungsorientierter Perspektive. Neben der Abgrenzung zum externen Rechnungswesen werden Zielstellungen des internen Rechnungswesens und verschiedene Instrumente der Kostenarten-, Kostenstellen- und Kostenträgerrechnung in Teilkosten- und Vollkostenrechnungen detailliert behandelt. Ein zweiter Schwerpunkt liegt auf Instrumenten der Plankostenrechnung, Break-Even-Analyse, Prozess- und Zielkostenrechnung. |
