learning outcome

Students are able to evaluate and implement strategic decisions of companies and implement control systems on their basis. By working on and presenting case studies, students can test and apply their knowledge by analyzing companies and their environment from a strategic perspective and generating their own solution proposals for unstructured strategic decision-making situations. During the exercises, students solve use cases and, after intensive discussions and group work, are able to correctly assess and appreciate the performance of their fellow students. They consider criticism, take comments to heart and accept advice.
