Preparation and presentation of a 20-minute group presentation prepared in the self-study phase of the module on an exemplary life cycle assessment according to ISO 14040/14044 with the associated solution approach + 10 min discussion, groups consist of 3-4 students and each student is required to present and to answer at least 1 question during the discussion; the progress of the exemplary life cycle assessment chosen by the group and the preparation of the presentation is monitored during the obligatory exercises, where the students discuss their progress in consultations with the lecturer. Successful students can depict and explain the principles, terms, and definitions of sustainability assessments. After discussing the examples in the lecture, the students are enabled to interpret, summarize and explain sustainability assessments. |
