learning outcome<p><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: &quot;Humnst777 BT&quot;;">Die Studierenden kennen und verstehen die Bedeutung der verschiedenen Managementfunktionen f&uuml;r das Strategische Management (Fachkompetenz). Dar&uuml;ber hinaus kennen sie die &ouml;konomischen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen, in denen Entscheidungen des Strategischen Managements zu treffen sind (Fachkompetenz). Je nach Wahl der F&auml;cher erlernen die Studierenden spezifische Methodenkompetenzen in den Teildisziplinen Organisation, Marketing, Produktion und Logistik sowie der Unternehmensberatung. Die in den Vorlesungen vermittelte Fachkompetenz wird erg&auml;nzt durch die Anwendung in den jeweils zugeh&ouml;rigen &Uuml;bungen. Die Studierenden sind in der Lage das erworbene Fachwissen auf grundlegende Fragestellungen des Strategischen Managements anzuwenden, Entscheidungen zu treffen und diese schriftlich und/oder m&uuml;ndlich zu pr&auml;sentieren (Methodenkompetenz).</span></p>
