learning outcome	Im Kernbereich des Wahlpflichtmodul Wirtschaftsinformatik für Diesntleistungen werden die Pflichtfächer Informationsverarbeitung im Handel und elektr. Märkte, IT Service Management und Informationsverarbeitung in der Logistik gelesen. Die Studierenden sollen: Grundlagen von Handelsunternehmen und deren Spezifik sowie den Einsatz von Referenzmodellen im Umfeld von Hadelsunternehmen kennen lernen die Grundlagen von elektronischen Märkten, sowie deren Entwurf und Entwicklung verstehen Aspekte und Grundbegriffe des IT Service Managements sowie deren Bedeutung in der Praxis verstehen und die Grundlagen der Logistik sowie den Einsatz von Informationssystemen in der Logistik (eLogistik) insbesondere im Supply Chain Management kennen lernen.
