The standards for searches on industrial property rights, based on a quality agreement of SIGNO partners and the PIZ network,
define the various search types for property rights search, the quality requirements on searchers, the execution of a search order covering the joint coordination between contractor and customer, the scope of services according to the search type and the content of the search report. The standards were developed by competent and experienced SIGNO partners who are characterized by a high level of professionalism and comprehensive expertise in the field of search.
PATON is a member of the SIGNO expert group for quality standards in research work and significantly contributed to the development of the mentioned standards.
