Fields of activity

With effect from 1 November 2021, the staff unit "Digital Processes and Quality Management" (StS DPQM) has been established in the president's business area, which will be responsible for setting up a process management, supplemented by the establishment of an overarching quality management of the main business processes, as well as for project coordination and support of digitisation projects. The areas of responsibility include also:

  • Support and coordination of regular evaluations of study programmes

  • Documentation of procedures and results of quality assurance procedures for internal and external stakeholders

  • Preparation and dissemination of relevant information on the quality of study programs and study offers

  • Support in the further development of the entire quality management system
