| learning outcome | Studenten sind in der Lage, Jahresabschlüsse nach handelsrechtlichen Prinzipien mit Hilfe von Techniken der doppelten Buchführung zu erstellen. Studenten sind auch mit grundlegenden Prinzipien der IFRS-Rechnungslegung und Konzernrechnungslegung sowie des Rechnungslegungs-Enforcements vertraut und können die ökonomische Situation auf Basis der modellhaften Realitätsabbildung in Jahresabschlüssen analysieren und beurteilen. Während der Übungen lösen Studenten Anwendungsfälle und können nach intensiven Diskussionen und Gruppenarbeit Leistungen ihrer Kommilitonen richtig einschätzen und würdigen. Sie berücksichtigen Kritik, beherzigen Anmerkungen und nehmen Hinweise an. |
| content | Das Fach vermittelt Konzepte der modellhaften Abbildung der Unternehmensrealität in Rechnungslegungsmodellen. Zum einen werden grundlegende Techniken der Buchführung von der Inventur über Bestands- und Erfolgskonten und diese betreffende Buchungen behandelt. Zum anderen wird das externe Rechnungswesen mit seiner Informationsversorgungsfunktion für unternehmensexterne Adressaten und seiner Zahlungsbemessungssystem für Zahlungen an den Fiskus oder Eigentümer thematisiert. Die Bilanzierungsvorschriften nach deutschem Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) werden vertieft behandelt. Daneben werden International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), die Konzernrechnungslegung und die Prüfung, Offenlegung und das Enforcement überblicksartig vorgestellt. |
