| content | "Only the heart can see well" from "The little Prince" by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. Communication is an essential capacity in avoiding misunderstandings in negotiations. In international working fields we additionally face intercultural challenges. In this field of uncertainties we need to develop new or adapted communication strategies. How can we evolve the power of our words and how can we use it to cooperate internationally with success. How do trust and commitment develop and how do we create long lasting business relationships? And, what roles do stereotypes play? Mithila - Stephanie Gauger, mentor for Cultural Wealth, has been living and working about 10 years abroad in countries as Russia, Canada, Palestine, Nepal, Cosa Rica or Togo.
