Damit sind viele kommunikative Situationen vernbunden. Wie überzeuge ich andere von Ideen und motiviere das Team, wie gebe ich nützliches Feedback und Resonanz, wie handel ich Kompromisse aus, wie löse ich Konflikte, wie spreche ich etwas störendes an? Im Kurs lernen die Teilnehmenden Grundlagen der zwischenmenschlichen Kommunikation und wenden diese in situativen Übungen an. In Feedback-Runden werden die Übungen reflektiert und die kommunikativen Kompetenzen individuell und resonant weiterentwickelt. |
