We are very happy to announce that our colleague Jörg König has been awarded funding from the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - German Research Foundation (DFG) for the project: "Investigation and qualification of a novel measurement method for three-dimensional particle tracking and particle size measurement using a single camera"
Over the next three years, this project will focus on unlocking the full potential of single-camera double-refractive particle tracking. By exploiting optical birefringence, the method enables robust, simultaneous multi-parameter sensing—providing deep insights into microscale flow dynamics and paving the way for broader multidimensional microscopy applications.
