Rapid Single Flux Quantum - Cell Library

Rapid Single Flux Quantum (RSFQ) logic is a superconductive digital circuit technique, in which the data are represented by the presence or absence of a flux quantum Φ0=h/2e (Planck constant h and elementary charge e) in a superconducting loop. The switching of RFSQ logic circuits between logical states is characterized by very high speed as well as low energy consumption. It is considered as a promising building block for read-out and control of quantum sensors and solid-state qubits.

The layout of Josephson junctions we used is linked together with the electronic and geometric properties of this design kit. It contains 13 different Josephson junctions.

In Addition, the abbreviations we use are listed in this PDF document.
