Dear students,
We are pleased to inform you that the Management/Organization Group will offer a Graduate Research Seminar (GRS) in the winter semester 2025/26.
This seminar is designed for students with an interest in organizational behavior (OB) and human resource management (HRM) topics. Participants will explore various OB and HRM aspects by empirically analyzing publicly available employee review data scraped from online platforms. No prior coding experience or specific technical skills are required. The seminar will primarily be conducted in English, though requests for participation in German will also be considered.
A Moodle course with detailed information including the umbrella topic, subtopics, enrollment deadlines, the kick-off session, an intermediary session, and submission details will be available by September 2025. Please check the website of the Management/Organization Group regularly for updates:
