As a next step, you need to obtain your study agreement and enroll at the TU Ilmenau. To do so, please contact the APC office via apc@tu-ilmenau.de.

Afterward, please enroll yourself to the APC Moodle course https://moodle2.tu-ilmenau.de/course/view.php?id=4597 to receive updates about the course programm in the current semester. The enrollment key for the Moodle course is stated on the supplementary document of your study agreement.

Language conditions must be cleared before taking any other courses or enrolling to the APC Moodle course. 

If the language conditions are cleared after the registration deadline of a course, it is not possible to join the course in this semester.

In the summer semester 2023 you can participate in the courses Fundamentals of Media Technology for APC, Multimediale Werkzeuge, Scientific Working, and the Raspberry Pi Project.

Starting with the winter term 2021/2022 the courses Video Production Technology and Fundamentals of Media Technology will not longer be offered for APC participants. However, a new and dedicated for the APC is offered called Fundamentals of Media Technology for APC. Passing this course will be considered equivialient to passing both courses Video Production Technology and Fundamentals of Media Technology.

All course material is available in the university's online learning platform Moodle moodle2.tu-ilmenau.de . Links to all APC courses are available at https://moodle2.tu-ilmenau.de/course/view.php?id=4597.

Access to the APC Moodle course is restricted to students in the Media Technology APC program. Therefore, the enrollment key is distributed along with the study agreements by the APC office. Double check if you are using the enrollment key for the current semester. 

If you have language conditions, you must first clear those. Afterward, you will receive the enrollment key for the APC Moodle course from the APC office.

You have to be in Ilmenau to complete the Media Technology APC program. In particular, you must be physically present in Ilmenau during the examination period stated at https://www.tu-ilmenau.de/en/study/in-study/course-of-studies/semester-key-points.

The courses Fundamentals of Media Technology for APC, Scientific Working, and the Raspberry Pi Project will be held online and can be complete remotey. The other courses will only be held online in the beginning of the semester. 

In any case, you must be enrolled at the TU Ilmenau to participate.

You can enroll to the Media Technology APC until April 30th 2023, see https://www.tu-ilmenau.de/fileadmin/Bereiche/Studium/ImStudium/Dokumente/Semestereckpunkte/semestereckpunkte-sommer-2023.pdf. However, you might not be able to participate in all courses. The courses will start in the first or second week of the lecture period (see the corresponding Moodle courses for details) and the final deadlines for joining the course are:

Fundamentals of Media Technology for APC: No registration deadline
Multimediale Werkzeuge: No registration deadline
Raspberry Pi Project: April 17th. 2023
Scientific Working: April 17th. 2023
