Manuel Ratz recently published a study on an unsteady quasi-capillary channel flow. The work was conducted at the von Kármán Institute for Fluid Dynamics together with the group of Miguel Mendez. Manuel used time-resolved PIV and radial basis functions to generate super-resolution velocity fields for a deeper flow analysis. Check out the full paper here:
