Basics of Neurodiversity - a practical introduction to neurodiversity for neurodivergent students

This webinar is aimed at neurodivergent students. While the focus will be on ADHD and respective coping strategies, students on the autism spectrum and other neurodivergent students are very welcome to join.

For neurodivergent students, the demands of studying, everyday life, chores and part time jobs can be a significant challenge. Seemingly „simple“ tasks such as opening letters, dealing with bureaucracy, managing time or cleaning a desk can be highly stressful. At the same time, neurodivergent people very often already have many resources and strategies.

The goal of this webinar is to

• widen existing knowledge on neurodiversity
• strengthen and add to existing skills, resources and strategies
• have space for exchange with other neurodivergent students
