The Ilmkubator start-up service offers a variety of services for students and scientists of the TU Ilmenau.

At the end of October, the Technischen Universität Ilmenau has been hosting inova –  one of the largest career fairs in Middle Germany - for almost 30 years. The entire range of regional and national companies is represented: from small firms to medium-sized companies to large corporations.

For two days, students and companies from a wide range of disciplines meet here - at the end of the discussions at the exhibition stands, the result is an internship or the first job after graduation. The inova is not only open to students and graduates of the TU Ilmenau, but also to those of all Thuringian universities.
