Info event: Tenancy law
Whenever your landlord makes a fuss, you've probably asked yourself from time to time: Is this going too far? Is he even allowed to do that? Who hasn't experienced this: There's a clause in the rental agreement that excludes termination for a certain period of time; a notice of termination without notice flutters across your door because of alleged disturbance of domestic peace; or - also popular - the landlord has a master key and enters the living quarters unannounced. What is permissible, what is not? We cordially invite you to the lecture "My rights and obligations as a tenant" next Wednesday, 27.04.2022, at 5 p.m. as a hybrid event in the Helmholtz lecture hall and in our Webex room. As a speaker we could win Georg Seidler, graduate lawyer, expert in tenancy law and consultant in the tenant association Suhl. After the lecture in the plenum and in the chat there is the possibility for you to ask your questions. The event is expected to last between 1.5 and 2 hours. The lecture will be held hybrid in German and is free of charge. Pre-registration is not required.
