“Intercultural Week in Ilmenau” (ICW) | 4.-7. June 2026

The Intercultural Week in Ilmenau (ICW) is a student-organized conference and cultural week hosted by the non-profit association ISWI e.V.

As a regional format connected to the International Student Week in Ilmenau (ISWI), ICW provides an opportunity to engage beyond academic studies, build new connections, and broaden perspectives. The program focuses on current societal issues as well as topics related to university life.

Participants can look forward to a diverse program including workshops, group work, lectures, and discussions, offering many opportunities for active participation and collaborative exchange. The program is complemented by a variety of cultural activities and evening events, creating space for interaction, shared experiences, and new ideas.

ICW offers the chance to gain intercultural experience locally, explore new perspectives, and become part of an open and engaged community.
