Special Interest Group Meeting: Micro/Nano Manufacturing 2023

From November 28 to 29, the European Society for Precision Engineering and Nanotechnology (euspen) will hold its Special Interest Group Meeting on Micro/Nano Manufacturing at TU Ilmenau. The meeting, hosted by TU Ilmenau and SIOS Meßtechnik GmbH, will focus on new methodological developments in micro and nano manufacturing, i.e. novel process chains including process optimization, quality assurance approaches and metrology. The conference venue is the Meitnerbau in the Center for Micro- and Nanotechnologies (ZMN) of the TU Ilmenau.

The following topics will be covered at the conference:

• Technologies and applications of micro and nano manufacturing
• Machining technologies for molds and micro parts
• Metrology and quality control for micro parts
• Microreplication & Additive Techniques
• Assembly & Handling
