Study Online @ TU Ilmenau

As part of this info event, prospective applicants and their guardians will have the opportunity to speak to subject specialists, student advisory staff about online/digital study with TU Ilmenau.

In winter semester 2022/23 (1st October), TU Ilmenau offers online/digital studies in addition to on-site studies in two English taught and internationally oriented master’s degree programs, Communications and Signal Processing (M.Sc.) and Media and Communication Science (M.A.). Applications are possible until 15th May 2022.

11:00 - 11:45 hrs (UTC +2): Welcome & Introduction to TU Ilmenau  

Colleagues from our Student Advisory Service and International Office will provide you with an overview about what it means to study a Master’s degree online with TU Ilmenau. We will cover all general, application, admissions, IT and extra-curricular related topics that may be of interest to you as a prospective student! There will also be ample time to get your questions covered!

11:45 - 12:30 hrs (UTC +2): Program Information (Breakout Sessions):

In this second part of the event, you will have the opportunity to find out more about the online Master’s degree program and its online/digital format which interests you. The session will take place in breakout rooms, that you can select to join according to your program preference. Program representatives will inform you about all program specific matters. You will have again plenty of time to ask questions either live online or as part of the chat function.
