On Thursday, October 17, 2024, the next "ThEFI Technology Update" of the Thuringian Energy Research Institute (ThEFI) of the TU Ilmenau will take place from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. in the university's new conference and event room at Willy-Brandt-Platz 1 in Erfurt.
You can look forward to specialist contributions from research and practice from the project partners IfE Ingenieurbüro für Energiewirtschaft and Fraunhofer IOSB-AST:
Dr.-Ing. Dirk Schramm, Managing Director of IfE GmbH, will start with an impulse on the topic of "Energy consulting 4.0: transformation plans and innovations for a competitive industry".
Jonas Pemsel from the Cognitive Energy Systems department at Fraunhofer IOSB-AST will then present the "WattAdvisor" in his talk entitled "The future of energy planning: fast, cost-effective, innovative".
The Thuringian Energy Research Institute, headed by Prof. Dirk Westermann, brings together a total of twelve specialist areas from four faculties at Ilmenau University of Technology in the spirit of interdisciplinary research. The new event series "ThEFi Technology Update" provides insights into and outlooks on cooperation projects between researchers at Ilmenau University of Technology and industrial partners on all topics relating to energy research.
After the presentations, there will also be an opportunity for professional exchange over finger food and wine.
