You can expect a varied program by various student groups, culinary delicacies from the different home countries of our students and a party with DJ.

Tuesday, 12.12.:
Mensa Foyer, 12 - 1 p.m
bc-café, 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Wednesday, 13.12.:
Mensa Foyer, 12 - 1 p.m.
bc-Café, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Thursday, 14.12.:
Mensa Foyer, 12 - 1 p.m.

Friday, 15.12.:
Evening cash desk, HU, at 6.30 p.m.

Alternative: Register as a helper and get free entry.

Would you like to share culinary highlights from your home country with other students?

This is how it works:

• Put together a team of 3-4 people to cook together.
• Send an email with the following information to Romana foodteam@we4you.tu-ilmenau.de by 06.12.2023:
• Brief introduction of your team and name of the country you represent
• Name of the person responsible for the team incl. e-mail address
• Planned dish(es) (note: the meal should make about 25 portions)
• What are the costs for the purchase? (The budget is max. 50 euros. The cost of purchasing the food will be reimbursed by we4you on presentation of the receipt).
• Wait for our confirmation
• Buy the ingredients for your dish. Keep the invoice/receipt so that you can receive a refund.
• Bring your dish to the Humboldtbau foyer on December 15 at 6:30 pm.
• You and your team members will receive free entry to the international Christmas party and experience an unforgettable party!

Do you sprinkle glitter on every fir branch and love singing Santas? Then you've come to the right place in our decoration team!

• Plan the decorations for the Humboldtbau foyer in advance with other students
• Get and make Christmas decorations.
• Give the Humboldtbau foyer a Christmassy glow on 15.12.2023 (from noon, approx. 13:00).
