Women's Day Cabaret at the TU Ilmenau

The time has finally come again and the Division of Gender Equality, Diversity and Health and the Gender Equality Council are inviting you: To the traditional Women's Day cabaret at the TU Ilmenau

The guests are the Magdeburger Zwickmühle with their program "Wir sind gegen dafür".A political-satirical cabaret program with Marion Bach & Heike Ronniger and alternating Christoph Deckbar / Oliver Vogt.

To the program:

"Are you still in favor? No? Aha, then you are against it. Not in favor either? Typical! But let's be honest, we can't really be against it either, because democracy is obviously still the best thing the world has to offer at the moment. And yet we ask ourselves: why doesn't capitalism solve the problems that we wouldn't have without it? Tricky! Our offer: join us in being against it. Does that sound contradictory? It is! As contradictory as our times.

Are we really 5 minutes before 1933 or is it more like 5 before '89? Or is it already five past twelve and mankind is playing 6 out of 49 with the globe because it wants to hit the jackpot on top of its winnings? What is wrong and what is right, what is good, what is bad, what should we be for or against?

Don't worry, the Magdeburg quandary has no answers either, at least no easy ones. The only thing we have to offer is a new program (not even our parties offer you that in the Bundestag election campaign). So, come along, because in this complicated world, the Magdeburger Zwickmühle has a plan: we are against it."

In the 7th and 8thcalendar week, the reserved tickets can be picked up from Monday to Thursday from 07:30-11:00 and from 13:00-15:00 in House M, Room 502 b.
