During our office hours, we take time to discuss your concerns in detail. Of course, everything is treated with strict confidentiality and in a one-on-one setting.

Our contact persons cover a wide range of topics, such as choosing the right degree program, finding jobs and internships, dealing with (personal) conflicts, searching for accommodation, opening a bank account, student financing, residence and immigration law, and more. Depending on the topic, you can contact different staff members. You will find an overview further below.

How a personal consultation works

  • Check our team to find the right contact person for your concern.
  • Please contact that person by email or phone, or book an appointment directly through the online portal.
  • Come to the agreed appointment at the person’s office. Please also bring any necessary documents if required for the topic (e.g. CV, rental agreement, etc.).
  • In a confidential conversation, you will receive advice and support regarding your issue.
