The EGOS conference is one of the largest and most important conferences held annually in the world in terms of organizational research. Over 2,500 members from 60 countries are part of the EGOS alliance, which aims to advance theoretical and empirical knowledge about organizations. This year, the conference was held virtually due to corona-related limitations.

We would like to thank you for the numerous contributions to the discussion and the suggestions we received at the conference regarding the empirical contributions!
