The VDE DC-Verteilnetztagung (DC Distribution Grid Conference) took place in Görlitz for the second time. The symposium is aimed at research facilities, manufacturers, users, consulting companies and institutions. DC distribution grids are discussed from the system view to the components in the various configurations. It offers a platform for the presentation and discussion of current issues in application and research. The presentations and poster contributions serve as impulses for the discussion of current and future challenges and solution approaches. Furthermore, the opportunity is provided to exchange experiences in an open atmosphere.
