We are pleased to announce our participation in the Interreg Central Europe project Digi-B-Well, starting June, 2024.
This EU InterregCE project aims to enhance the competencies of Central European SMEs, public authorities, and academia for effective digital-era fit management and operation. Digi-B-Well will focus to driving smoother digital transformation by preparing leaders with essential soft and hard skills, while also providing employees with the digital skills needed for higher engagement. The project focuses on preventing digital stress and burnout, ultimately promoting digital well-being.
Research Group Media and Communication Management will be the active partner in the project consortium. Our colleague, Nigar Zahan was part of the kick-off meeting in Rijeka, Croatia, where, in addition to the lead partner Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, all 9 partners from 7 central European countries came together: Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna (Italy), Technical University Ilmenau (Germany), bwcon (Germany), Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (Slovenia), Pannon Business Network Association (Hungary), University of Economics in Bratislava (Slovakia), Regional Development Agency in Bielsko-Biała (Poland) and City Lucenec (Slovakia).
The project is planned for a period of 36 months and approved for co-financing from European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) within INTERREG CENTRAL EUROPE Programme 2021-2027 with 1.754.125,46 EUR, representing 80% of the total project budget which amounts to 2.192.656,83 EUR for all partners. Digi-B-Well is divided in 3 work phases, with TU Ilmenau contributing mostly to phase 2, which is the pilot testing of the developed digitalisation toolkit.
