Ms. Nicole Philippczyck, external doctoral candidate at the Department of Corporate Management, successfully defended her publication-based dissertation.

In her presentation, Dr. Nicole Philippczyck first explained the structure of the cumulative publication comprising a total of four essays on the topic of "Factors Influencing the Adoption of Diversity Management and Mission Statements in Organizations". She then presented the article "The Framing of Diversity Statements in European Universities: The Role of Imprinting and Institutional Legacy", which she co-authored with Jan Grundmann and Simon Oertel and published in the journal Minerva, and answered questions from the doctoral committee and guests.
