February 9 to March 27: “With Ukraine in our hearts” – exhibition at the University Library in Ilmenau

"With Ukraine in my heart" - this is the title of the exhibition in the University Library Ilmenau, which shows paintings by the Ukrainian painter Yuliya Ruban. Landscapes, birds and flowers, created using various techniques and materials. The exhibition can be seen from February 9 to March 27 in the TU Ilmenau during normal opening hours, admission is free.

On display are 20 paintings by Ukrainian painter Yuliya Ruban, depicting landscapes, birds and flowers. The works were created using various techniques, pastels, etchings, linocuts and different materials, including pencil and even ballpoint pen. The artist loves to pick up the colors and shapes from nature and draw creative power from them.

Yuliya Ruban was born in the Ukrainian region of Poltava, and art has accompanied her throughout her life. She attended the Poltava Art School for Children and later studied at the National University of Culture and Arts in Kiev, where she obtained a master's degree in design. Today she takes part in national and international competitions.
