Innovative and sustainable: Experiencing Ilmenau's start-up scene up close

Experience Ilmenau's start-up scene up close - the Ilmkubator Start-up Talk offers the opportunity par excellence during the Ilmenau Science Night on July 1!

Under the motto "Innovative and sustainable: Founding at the TU Ilmenau", we will take a closer look at the Ilmenau start-up ecosystem. We will be joined by inspiring founders, as well as players from Ilmenau's start-up scene.

Starting at 5:00pm, we will open our doors to you at Langewiesener Straße 32, and the program will be as diverse as the TU Ilmenau spin-offs themselves: From lectures and workshops by experienced entrepreneurs to elevator pitches by (prospective) founders to a start-up quiz and a soldering workshop, there is something for everyone.

We are particularly pleased about EU Climate Pact Ambassador and serial founder Holger Holland, who will give the keynote speech on social entrepreneurship at 7:30 pm. We are no less pleased about Dr. Gabriel Gatzsche, who will present the family business as a successful model and his music app Audanika at 6:00pm and 9:00pm: A Cooperation between TU-Ilmenau, Fraunhofer IDMT and developed in Grace Cloud GmbH, unprecedented insights into the structure of harmony and the functioning of music. Afterwards, Mozart's "Kleine Nachtmusik" is recomposed into a danceable song with the help of the app.

Furthermore, (prospective) founders of the TU Ilmenau will introduce themselves and pitch their projects and young companies. Of course, there will be the opportunity for exchange and networking afterwards.

The Finnhütten and the Start-up Wall can be visited throughout the evening. Small and big interested people can measure their knowledge in short quiz games. At 5:45pm and 8:45 pm, there will also be an introductory course on soldering - artwork for home included.
