It is a pleasure to share that Dr. MITANJALI has joined Technische Thermodynamik - Fachgebiet der TU Ilmenau at Technische Universität Ilmenau as a Postdoctoral Researcher through the Postdoctoral Fellowship Program to Promote the Scientific Activities of Women at TU Ilmenau, starting from November 1st. Her work focuses on velocity and temperature measurements in a Rayleigh-Bénard convection cell using thermochromic liquid crystals (TLCs). Mitanjali completed her PhD in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where she worked with Prof. Vaibhav Arghode (IIT Kanpur) and Prof. Jun Chen (Purdue University, USA) on developing a dual-color scanning PIV system. I look forward to the exciting work ahead and to future collaborations.
