Since October 1, 2024, Milin Zhang is a new member of the CCS department.
Milin completed her Master's degree at the University of Zurich from 2021 to 2024. During her studies, she worked as a student assistant at the University of Bern and thus supported research tasks in the Horizon Europe project UNTWIST.
In the CCS department, she is working on the DFG project "COSDIMH - Combining Surveys and Digital Tracking Data for Mental Health Research from a Computational Social Science Perspective" as part of the DFG priority program "New Data Spaces for Social Sciences". The project is carried out in close cooperation with the University of Jena and focuses on researching the relationship between digital media use and mental health in survey data and digital tracking data.
We warmly welcome Milin and look forward to working with her in the future.
