Job offer at CCS department!

Job offer: Research assistant (f/m/d) for the DFG project "COSDIMH"

We are pleased to announce an exciting new position at the Department of Computational Communication Science! We are looking for a dedicated researcher (f/m/d) for the interdisciplinary DFG project "Combining Surveys and Digital Tracking Data for Mental Health Research from a Computational Social Science Perspective (COSDIMH)". This position offers a unique opportunity to participate in an innovative research project and to join a dynamic team.

About the project: The COSDIMH project focuses on the methodological challenges of measuring the relationship between mental health (MH) and digital media use (DMU). In close collaboration with Prof. Tobias Koch from Friedrich Schiller University Jena and GESIS, we (Prof. Domahidi & the CCS department) will develop innovative approaches to combine different DMU and MH measures in survey data and digital tracking data. Our aim is to analyze the validity and reliability of these measures, to investigate short-term dynamic interactions between DMU and MH measures, and to explore the causality of the relationship between DMU and MH.
