Summer university for female pupils

During the 1^st week of Thuringia's summer holidays, female pupils from grades 10 to 13 from all over Germany meet at the summer university in Ilmenau. They experience everyday university life, take part in interesting lectures and exercises, visit state-of-the-art laboratories, and try out exciting experiments. There is also a colourful programme of freetime activities and the unique opportunity to make contact with students.

With this discover course, the TU Ilmenau gives female pupils real insights into an exciting and future-oriented field of activity. But also offers in classical disciplines such as electrical and mechanical engineering inspire at the summer university.
