Uni-Account

The Uni-Account is the central user account for various services such as e-mail, Moodle, PC access in the computing cabinets (RTK) in the UniRZ as well as for the use of WLAN, VPN and Intranet.

Immediately after enrolment at the TU Ilmenau you can activate your Uni-Account online.

 

IT Service Desk

The IT Service Desk is the contact point for the IT services of the UniRZ and is available to all users of the TU Ilmenau.

It is the first point of contact for your questions and problems that may arise with the use of IT services of the UniRZ. You can come by in person or call during opening hours. You can also send an e-mail to the staff of the IT Service Desk at any time.

 

Software

The UniRZ offers students selected application software for use during their studies.

 

WLAN

The TUIL wireless LAN provides wireless access to the TUIL data network and the Internet.

Where technically feasible, university buildings on campus are equipped with access points that ensure comprehensive coverage.

You must activate your Uni-Account to use the TUIL WLAN.

The TUIL WLAN is available under the name eduroam.
