Business model development

The idea for an innovative product alone is no guarantee for a sustainable and profitable company. In order to get off to a successful start, the business model must first be developed, which is essentially an abstract mapping of the structures and value chains within a company. There, the values generated by the company are set against those that serve the customer and those that can be skimmed off as revenue.

Once established, the business model is by no means static or even finished. Rather, it serves to continuously review and optimize the company's goals and guidelines. Clearly structured, it not only offers security in one's own strategic planning, but is also an essential component of presentations when looking for co-founders, partners or investors.

In this lecture, not only the contents will be taught, but also applied by working with concepts such as the Business Model Canvas on the entry into the outline of one's own or fictitious business idea.

The event will take place on 23.11.2023 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm in the foyer in the Finnhütten of the Ilmkubator (Langewiesener Straße 32).

It is creditable to the extent of 3 work units for the certificate "Entrepreneurial Skills".
