Dear graduates, former and current employees, there are many occasions to get together with former colleagues and friends. In this year 2023, these include.

  • 70 years of electrical drive engineering/power electronics in Ilmenau
  • 90th birthday of Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Wolfgang Gens
  • from the Institute for Electrical Trains and Drives at the TH Ilmenau to his successors at today's TU Ilmenau, the Group of Power Electronics and Controls in Electrical Power Engineering and the Group of Industrial Electronics
  • from the first matriculation of the TH Ilmenau to the present in the TU Ilmenau,
 

altogether sufficient reasons for a generation-spreading graduate colloquium. The colloquium is organized by the committee Electrical Drives/Power Electronics EAL of the University Society of the TU Ilmenau in cooperation with ISLE e.V. Ilmenau and the mentioned departments. All graduates, alumni and long-time friends are cordially invited to Ilmenau on 28 and 29 September 2023.
