Information Management for Public Mobility Services (IFÖM)

• Covering the basics of project management, legal framework, financing, service planning, traffic control, incident management, train protection, infrastructure, dispatching, operations and traffic management, sales, IT system landscape of a transport company, ITS in public transport, algorithms for timetable information, information needs of the public transport customer, design of passenger information, future topics in public transport & mobility.

• Application demonstrations by practical partners

• Excursion to the Erfurt public transport company (EVAG)

• In-depth exercises and completion by written examination with official certificate (5 LP) in the summer semester
