Tools and methods to get started

A good business idea and a viable business model are not the only guarantees for the success of a company. There are also a number of questions to be answered, such as:

• How do I build (m)a brand and gain awareness?
• How do I find out what my customers really want?
• How do I make product design decisions?
• How do I win customers for my product?
• How do I find and convince potential investors?

These questions and many more are on the minds of founders and those interested in starting a business.

The course will provide an overview of various methods and soft skills that can help answer these questions. What terms such as prototyping, persona, corporate identity, marketing mix or pitch and pitch deck mean will be discussed, as well as the reasons why they are inextricably intertwined.

The event will take place on 14.12.2023 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm in the foyer in the Finnhütten of the Ilmkubator (Langewiesener Straße 32).

It is creditable to the extent of 3 work units for the certificate "Entrepreneurial Skills".
