After we have found a buddy for you, you will receive an email from us. This will be about 4 weeks before the semester starts. ⬇Contact by your buddy
Your buddy will contact you and clarify all important details regarding your arrival and the start of your studies. Very important
You should only have one person (more specifically, your buddy) organize your arrival. If your buddy gets a room key for you, please do not send more people. This is no fun and results in chaos. ⬇Start-of-Semester Meeting
At the beginning of the new semester, we4you organizes a meeting for all buddy pairs, if there is sufficent student interest. There you can meet other students, buddies and we4you tutors. You will also get information about the international student service we4you and our events and excursions. ⬇Questionnaire at the end of the semester

If there are problems, your buddy doesn't get back to you or never seems to have time, contact us. Get in touch with the newly arriving student and discuss all the details about arrival and starting studies. Very important
If you have arranged with the newly arriving student that you will pick up the apartment key, please point to him or her out not to assign any other persons to do so in order to avoid chaos and upsets of Student Services ("Studierendenwerk"). ⬇Start-of-Semester Meeting
