Applications are usually submitted via our Mobility Online database. You’ll find the relevant link in the course listings. Once you’ve completed and submitted the questionnaire, you’ll receive your login details for Mobility Online. Log in and upload your personal statement, your latest academic transcript and proof of language proficiency.

The first instalment (80%) is usually paid to you before you leave. Once your stay is over, you must submit the required Erasmus+ documents. We will then arrange for the second instalment (20%) to be paid.

You are responsible for organising your own travel to and from the program, as well as your accommodation. Partner universities often provide recommendations for accommodation and other useful information on travelling to the programme. You will generally be responsible for covering the cost of your meals during the BIP. You can obtain more detailed information from the relevant partner university.

For successfully completing a Blended Intensive Program (BIP), you will receive at least 3 ECTS credits. The exact number of ECTS credits depends on the specific program and its scope.

Credit transfer is generally possible, but is subject to the requirements of your degree program. You should therefore check with your relevant Examinations Office before taking part. Regardless of this, the ECTS credits earned can usually be recognised as additional academic achievement.
