Applications are usually submitted via our Mobility Online database. You’ll find the relevant link in the course listings. Once you’ve completed and submitted the questionnaire, you’ll receive your login details for Mobility Online. Log in and upload your personal statement, your latest academic transcript and proof of language proficiency.

• This is your first time taking part in a BIP.
• Language requirements: English language skills at B2 level or above
• Grade point average better than 3.0

When selecting applications, all documents are carefully reviewed. The ranking of applicants is determined on the basis of the following criteria:

• Grade point average
• Proficiency in English
• Academic progress

In addition, female applicants and those with disabilities receive a bonus point. The level of motivation and persuasiveness demonstrated in the personal statements are also taken into account in the selection process.

The first instalment (80%) is usually paid to you before you leave. Once your stay is over, you must submit the required Erasmus+ documents. We will then arrange for the second instalment (20%) to be paid.

You are responsible for organising your own travel to and from the program, as well as your accommodation. Partner universities often provide recommendations for accommodation and other useful information on travelling to the programme. You will generally be responsible for covering the cost of your meals during the BIP. You can obtain more detailed information from the relevant partner university.

For successfully completing a Blended Intensive Program (BIP), you will receive at least 3 ECTS credits. The exact number of ECTS credits depends on the specific program and its scope.

It is always possible to have the ECTS credits you’ve earned recognized. Be sure to coordinate the recognition process with your exam office as soon as possible after you receive your acceptance and before you depart. In general, you can have the BIP recognized as a required, supplementary, or elective course.
