"Future Ilmenau - Environment, Culture, Science"

"Future Ilmenau - Environment, Culture, Science" – this is the motto of a PHOTO CONTEST that will be held in Ilmenau until May 31. The first to third places awarded by a jury can look forward to cash prizes – fourth to tenth place will receive a personal guided tour and free admission to the Photo Museum in Langewiesen.The best photos will be on display at the Ilmenau Science Night on July 1, 2023 in an exhibition at the Ilmenau University Library.

Anyone who likes to pick up a camera – whether hobbyist or professional – can apply. There are no limits – that is, the theme may be freely interpreted and creativity given free rein.

Show what enriches your life in our beautiful university town, what makes Ilmenau special and what you think will remain important in the future! Or give insights into the (university) everyday life, adventure trips or the Thuringian cultural landscape.

The FOTO COMPETITION is a joint event of the ArGe FOTO of the KuKo e.V. and the bc-studentencafé and bc-club of ILSC e.V.
